Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact
- greet guests, answer phones, and direct calls/visitors appropriately
- maintain a tidy, professional front office and lobby area
- manage day-to-day tasks of office runners such as coffee setup, mail runs, copy jobs, errands
- liaise with building maintenance vendors, schedule services, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- identify and implement small office process improvements to enhance workflow and organization
- assist with occasional administrative tasks and light office support for project teams
