Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact
  • greet guests, answer phones, and direct calls/visitors appropriately
  • maintain a tidy, professional front office and lobby area
  • manage day-to-day tasks of office runners such as coffee setup, mail runs, copy jobs, errands
  • liaise with building maintenance vendors, schedule services, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
  • identify and implement small office process improvements to enhance workflow and organization
  • assist with occasional administrative tasks and light office support for project teams
