Job Duties
- Primary front desk reception person
- Welcomes all employees and guests in a courteous, friendly manner
- Manages incoming and outgoing packages and mail
- Assists with Fedex shipping labels
- Stocks snacks and beverages 2x per day for employees
- Contact property management company with office/garage issues
- Prepares order for office supplies for approval
- Daily walk of office meeting rooms to ensure neat and clean
- Maintains/schedule for office cleanings
- Sorts mail into respective department and/or contact
- Opens and scans mail daily sending to the appropriate contact of mail
- Delivers returned checks immediately to appropriate contact
