Job Duties
- assist guests in booking and setting up activities such as dining, golf, and spa services
- respond and coordinate guest requests for special arrangements or services courteously and efficiently
- inform guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities
- maintain excellent guest relations through professional and courteous communication
- collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- manage multiple guest requests effectively in a fast-paced environment
- provide detailed information and personalized assistance to enhance guest satisfaction
