Job Duties

  • inform guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities
  • maintain excellent guest relations through professional and courteous communication
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • manage multiple guest requests effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • provide detailed information and personalized assistance to enhance guest satisfaction
