Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and support on the sales floor
- efficiently and accurately complete sales and service transactions at cash registers
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues as needed
- adhere to asset protection policies and identify potential fraud
- coordinate with multiple departments to improve processes and exceed customer expectations
- leverage technology such as POS systems, iPads, and software for customer transactions
- educate customers on company return policies and assist with merchandise support tasks such as maintenance and stocking
