Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service and support on the sales floor
  • efficiently and accurately complete sales and service transactions at cash registers
  • handle customer complaints and resolve issues as needed
  • adhere to asset protection policies and identify potential fraud
  • coordinate with multiple departments to improve processes and exceed customer expectations
  • leverage technology such as POS systems, iPads, and software for customer transactions
  • educate customers on company return policies and assist with merchandise support tasks such as maintenance and stocking
