Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in hospitality or similar industry
  • ability to communicate verbally effectively and professionally
  • experience working with Opera and Microsoft Office Suite
  • flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people
  • high level of integrity
  • ability to manage scheduling and training duties

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • at least 1-year supervisory experience in hospitality or similar industry
  • ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people with integrity
  • effective and professional verbal communication skills
  • experience using Opera and Microsoft Office Suite
  • flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise all duties performed by the team
  • create and post all employee schedules in a timely manner
  • coach, counsel, and discipline employees when necessary using correct documentation and techniques
  • ensure that all employees are posted at their stations on time and complete their essential duties before departure
  • assist with all sick calls or tardiness by finding coverage, report to work and stay until coverage is found including night audit shifts
  • train and monitor all service levels provided by employees to guests and fellow employees
  • meet or exceed levels of service required by the Mystery Shopper Survey
  • maintain all operational supplies and ensure expenses and labor costs meet budgeted requirements
  • ensure all employees follow cash and credit handling procedures
  • accountable for the guest ledger and its proper daily maintenance
