Job Duties
- Welcome and assist visitors including applicants students vendors and delivery personnel ensuring a positive first impression
- Provide support to apprentices during check-in and address general inquiries with a detail-oriented attitude
- Maintain a clean organized and presentable front office area to uphold a high standard of quality
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling data entry filing and other clerical duties
- Answer incoming calls direct them appropriately and provide accurate information as needed
- Assist with scanning and organizing documents to ensure efficient record-keeping
- Collaborate with the Office Manager and Front Office staff to provide daily operational support
- Handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a high-energy workplace
