Job Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or office environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or office environment
- Previous experience working with homeless, mentally ill, or substance-using populations is helpful but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and ability to learn and adapt to changing technology utilized in role
- Proficient in the use of standard office equipment such as computers, multi-line phones, postage, and multifunction machines
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Respond promptly and politely to incoming calls, answer inquiries, or direct them to appropriate staff
- Greet residents, prospective residents, and guests courteously
- Manage sign-ins and ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming
- Receive and securely process rent payments via lockbox, mail, or in person
- Record tenant information, time/date-stamp payments, and issue receipts when applicable
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and manage fax deliveries
- Process housing applications and provide administrative assistance
- Support organizational initiatives and perform additional tasks as assigned
- Train and guide staff, interns, and volunteers
- Actively contribute to CHN's community and operations
