The Renewable and Sustainable Energy Institute (RASEI) is a collaborative institute formed through a partnership between the University of Colorado Boulder and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). Job Duties
- Manage administrative functions for RASEI
- analyze internal processes and recommend procedural improvements
- provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership and faculty
- maintain working knowledge of programs and projects to triage inquiries
- coordinate and support travel arrangements and post-travel reimbursements
- manage front office operations including hosting visitors and managing supplies
- supervise and mentor student assistants
- assist research groups with administrative, purchasing, and meeting logistics
- plan and supervise events including scheduling, registration, communication, catering, and logistics
- prepare and maintain event budgets and timelines
- monitor fiscal management and ensure compliance with university and state policies
- coordinate accommodations, transportation, and lodging for event participants
- manage room setup, materials, badges, and signage
- create marketing materials for seminars
- serve as alternate proctor for RASEI spaces
- act as vendor liaison for maintenance contracts
- manage telecommunications and parking coordination
