Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, hospitality, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as front office manager or supervisor in a hotel environment preferred
- Proficiency with ONQ or PEP front desk computer systems
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong management and supervisory skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including days Sunday through Thursday
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Ability to maintain customer focus
- Willingness to participate in required training as assigned by the company or management
Job Qualifications

- Solid working knowledge of company and brand policies, procedures, and services
- Proficiency with ONQ or PEP front desk computer systems
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication and telephone etiquette skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain customer focus
- Knowledge of a second language desirable
Job Duties
- Handling front office accounting functions including A/P, A/R, Payroll, Hilton Advance Purchase
- Manage front office and night audit staff effectively by scheduling, training, coaching, counseling, and conducting performance reviews
- Oversee and assist with front desk activities such as checking guests in and out, responding to customer concerns and complaints
- Implement company and brand programs to achieve service quality goals and ensure compliance with policies
- Monitor and maintain front office systems and equipment, report issues as necessary
- Prepare and submit month end reports and guest tax exempt reports
- Order supplies as needed for front desk operations
- Oversee operations of hotel gift shop
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
