Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and stand for long periods
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • basic computer proficiency
  • commitment to maintaining company grooming and service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Guest-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
  • strong customer service and communications skills
  • strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule, including AM or PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • proficient in basic computer skills
  • previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally
  • provide efficient and accurate check-in and check-out services
  • register guests, assign rooms, verify payment methods, and issue room keys
  • respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and service needs promptly and courteously
  • handle guest concerns and service recovery opportunities with empathy and professionalism
  • maintain accurate guest profiles, reservations, and billing information in the property management system
  • balance cash, credit, and folio transactions accurately at the end of each shift
