Job Duties

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • managing reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • handling payments, verifying IDs, and maintaining accurate records in our property management system
  • resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed
  • coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • promoting hotel amenities, local attractions, and upselling services when appropriate
  • maintaining a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment
