Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of hotel operations experience
- minimum two years of customer service experience
- basic math skills
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum of two years’ experience in a hotel operations environment
- minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
- basic math skills and ability to accurately handle billing
- ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
- advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- daily use of computer programs
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
- host and welcome guests with a friendly and sincere demeanor
- assist with guest check-in and check-out process, including folios, invoicing, and billing
- think creatively to solve guest stay challenges and exceed expectations
- communicate and partner with department leaders and hourly associates to personalize and execute guest experiences seamlessly
- maintain proper record keeping for guest accounts
- be knowledgeable about hotel services and local surroundings to address guest questions and requests
