Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of hotel operations experience
  • minimum two years of customer service experience
  • basic math skills
  • ability to communicate clearly in English
  • advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • minimum of two years’ experience in a hotel operations environment
  • minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
  • basic math skills and ability to accurately handle billing
  • ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
  • advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • daily use of computer programs

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
  • host and welcome guests with a friendly and sincere demeanor
  • assist with guest check-in and check-out process, including folios, invoicing, and billing
  • think creatively to solve guest stay challenges and exceed expectations
  • communicate and partner with department leaders and hourly associates to personalize and execute guest experiences seamlessly
  • maintain proper record keeping for guest accounts
  • be knowledgeable about hotel services and local surroundings to address guest questions and requests
