Job Duties

Welcoming guests with a courteous greeting and registering them in a timely manner while providing excellent service experience
Executing the necessary steps for guests to leave the hotel premises
Addressing guest concerns throughout their hotel experience
Promoting the amenities and services provided by the hotel while upgrading the guests
Organizing and executing various marketing programs catering to incoming guests
Providing complimentary welcome packets including room keys, appreciation tokens, and gifts
Maintaining high standards of guest service and professionalism
