Job Duties
- Welcoming guests with a courteous greeting and registering them in a timely manner while providing an excellent service experience
- Executing the necessary steps for guests to leave the hotel premises

- Organizing and executing various marketing programs catering to incoming guests
- Providing complimentary welcome packets including room keys, appreciation tokens, and gifts to guests
