Job Duties

  • Welcoming guests with a courteous greeting and registering them in a timely manner while providing an excellent service experience
  • Executing the necessary steps for guests to leave the hotel premises
  • Addressing guest concerns throughout their hotel experience
  • Promoting the amenities and services provided by the hotel while upgrading the guests
  • Organizing and executing various marketing programs catering to incoming guests
  • Providing complimentary welcome packets including room keys, appreciation tokens, and gifts to guests
  • Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
