Job Requirements

  • at least 16 years of age
  • able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
  • able to work standing for long periods up to 8 hours
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • able to hear with 100 percent accuracy with correction
  • able to see 20/20 with correction
  • must have or obtain California Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • clean non-slip shoes
  • socks must be worn
  • clean black non-denim pants
  • wear company-supplied shirt, name tag, and apron
  • daily bathing and use of deodorant

Job Qualifications

  • experience in a fast casual restaurant preferred but not required

  • strong communication skills including English proficiency

Job Duties

  • leads through service and supports the restaurant team
  • maintains guest and team focus during shifts
  • ensures points of service and service standards are met
  • engages with guests to exceed expectations
  • participates in preorder taking and order entry into POS
  • adheres to health and sanitation standards
  • attends team meetings and contributes to improvement suggestions
