Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
- able to work standing for long periods up to 8 hours
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to hear with 100 percent accuracy with correction
- able to see 20/20 with correction
- must have or obtain California Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certification
- clean non-slip shoes
- socks must be worn
- clean black non-denim pants
- wear company-supplied shirt, name tag, and apron
- daily bathing and use of deodorant
Job Qualifications
- experience in a fast casual restaurant preferred but not required
- passionate and positive attitude
- strong communication skills including English proficiency
- organized and detail-oriented
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- understanding of food safety and beverage service standards
Job Duties
- leads through service and supports the restaurant team
- maintains guest and team focus during shifts
- ensures points of service and service standards are met
- engages with guests to exceed expectations
- participates in preorder taking and order entry into POS
- adheres to health and sanitation standards
- attends team meetings and contributes to improvement suggestions
