Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant management, assistant management, or a supervisory role preferred
  • Strong understanding of front-of-house operations
  • Experience assisting with labor control, cost management
  • Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff
  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Dependability and professionalism
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist with operational tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant management, assistant management, or a supervisory role preferred
  • Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, staffing, and service standards
  • Experience assisting with labor control, cost management, and basic P&L review
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Excellent guest service skills with confidence handling issues, complaints, and on-the-spot decisions
  • Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Dependable, professional, and able to step into a leadership role when the Manager is unavailable
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and assist in daily operational tasks as needed

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing business segments of restaurant operations including staffing and service
  • Assist in optimizing profit and controlling costs with the use of P&L statements
  • Train new employees and supervise current employees to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
  • Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
  • Schedule maintenance as needed
  • Report to all meetings
