Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant team to achieve exceptional guest experiences
  • drive sales and manage costs including food, labor, and bar expenses
  • recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff
  • maintain high standards of food quality and service
  • create a positive and fun environment for guests and employees
  • oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with company policies
  • support daily operations from the Restaurant Support Center
