Job Duties
- lead and motivate restaurant team to achieve exceptional guest experiences
- drive sales and manage costs including food, labor, and bar expenses
- recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff
- maintain high standards of food quality and service
- create a positive and fun environment for guests and employees
- oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with company policies
- support daily operations from the Restaurant Support Center
