Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of training manuals and company standards
  • Ability to run shifts and manage venue aesthetics
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to handle guest relations and staff disciplinary situations

  • Ability to manage multiple workgroups including service, host, and bar
  • Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
  • Proficient in financial management and labor cost control
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff effectively
  • Customer service oriented with problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Execute systems and uphold company standards for food, beverage, service, and aesthetics
  • Manage and run shifts including opening and closing the venue
  • Maintain staffing levels and attention to detail during shifts
  • Ensure smooth shift flow and labor cost control to meet budgets
  • Conduct inspirational pre-shift meetings and engage with staff
  • Coach service across all workgroups and handle disciplinary actions
  • Interact with guests to enhance experience and resolve issues
