- Previous management experience in a hospitality setting

Job Duties
- Execute systems and uphold company standards for food, beverage, service, and aesthetics
- Manage and run shifts including opening and closing the venue
- Maintain staffing levels and attention to detail during shifts
- Ensure smooth shift flow and labor cost control to meet budgets
- Conduct inspirational pre-shift meetings and engage with staff
- Coach service across all workgroups and handle disciplinary actions
- Interact with guests to enhance experience and resolve issues
