Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management
- Must have proven experience as an accomplished mixologist
- Must have Food Handler certification in respective state

Job Duties
- Manages restaurant operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies
- Manages the business aspect of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking and tracking inventory, and reordering supplies
- Promotes and complies with implemented programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit
- Provides direction and structure for hourly Team Members based off of General Manager's guidelines
- Hire, train, and oversee bar team members
- Implements improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization
- Identifies any operational issues and gives timely feedback to the team so they can impact the operational opportunities
