Job Duties

  • greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude as they approach the counter or drive-thru including outside - must be okay with fluctuating weather conditions
  • accurately take customer orders offering menu suggestions upsells and ensuring clear communication about special requests or dietary needs
  • process payments quickly and efficiently providing guests with correct change and receipts
  • stay knowledgeable about menu offerings new items and promotions to offer the best service
  • maintain cleanliness of the dining area including wiping down tables restocking condiments taking out trash sweeping and mopping floors
  • help guests find seating ensure their needs are met during their meal and provide a welcoming atmosphere
  • engage with guests to ensure satisfaction resolve any concerns promptly and offer assistance as needed
