Job Requirements
- Ability to be mobile and on feet for entire shift
- Capability to perform reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping and mopping
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Strong desire to provide excellent guest service
- Positive interaction skills with guests and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Basic food safety knowledge preferred
- Ability to operate Point of Sale system
- Basic knowledge of arcade game operations helpful

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests with exceptional service
- Operate Point of Sale system efficiently
- Maintain buffet freshness and cleanliness
- Ensure dining room and restrooms are clean
- Take phone orders and provide accurate service
- Prepare food following safety standards
- Maintain order accuracy and kitchen cleanliness
- Manage dish area hygiene
- Engage guests with enthusiasm in FunZone arcade
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of FunZone
- Perform FunZone Point of Sale transactions
- Maintain prize counter and guest relations in arcade
