Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to multitask and handle various front-of-house duties
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a memorable dining experience
- address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy
- take accurate food and beverage orders
- coordinate with the kitchen and barista to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- check orders for accuracy before serving them to guests
- maintain clean and organized dining areas
- clear and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests
- ensure service areas are stocked with utensils, napkins, condiments, etc.
- familiarize yourself with the menu to make recommendations and upsell featured items
- inform guests about promotions, special events, and more
- embrace a positive and inclusive role within the Vicious Biscuit culture, actively engaging in teamwork, expressing enthusiasm for personal growth and development, and upholding a commitment to excellence
