Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- ability to be mobile and on your feet for extended periods
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, wipe, sweep, and mop
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service
- ability to positively interact with team members and guests
- restaurant or retail experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- greet and assist guests providing excellent customer service
- operate point of sale system and manage transactions
- maintain cleanliness of dining room, buffets, restrooms, and FunZone areas
- prepare food following safety and quality standards
- ensure order accuracy and timely service
- interact positively with guests and team members
- manage FunZone prize counter and guest relations
