Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- basic math skills
- willingness to learn and adapt
- strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- food safety training or certification is advantageous
- basic math skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Job Duties
- Answer phones
- greet customers
- use reservation system
- assemble to-go orders
- bussing tables and set-up table for next customers
- disinfect all areas of FOH including booths door handles menus
- use POS system
- lift up to 30 lbs
- stand for up to 8 hours
- clean and restock restroom areas
- prepare salads sauces and drinks for dine-in and to-go guests
- take to-go orders
- menu knowledge
- knowledge of food safety and guidelines especially for allergies
- assist servers with large parties or overflow
- ensure guests are receiving superior customer service
- proper hand washing technique
