Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
  • Ability to handle cash and operate Point of Sale systems
  • Must maintain proper dress code and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Takes orders and processes payments accurately in the drive thru line
  • Answers guest questions and troubleshoots basic guest concerns
  • Uses Point of Sale software to place orders accurately
  • Delivers guest orders to tables and drive thru window in a timely manner
  • Prepares drinks and milkshakes according to recipes and specifications
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Communicates effectively with guests and team members
