Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- leadership or supervisory experience advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to motivate and mentor team members
- problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Train in service positions including cashier host and drive thru
- support all aspects of work area including collaboration with managers and directors
- continuously train coach and mentor team members
- command the floor in manager’s absence
- lead the team in maintaining cleanliness and order
- keep team focused and hold them accountable
- assess bottlenecks and operational issues and coordinate with senior leadership
- engage front of house staff with competitions and personalize orders
- establish communication and accountability lines to front of house team
- create a positive team atmosphere among front and kitchen staff
- maintain cash accountability by counting drawers and verifying safe
