Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours
  • must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

  • successfully communicate all systems procedures and processes to team members
  • must work a minimum of 45 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • leadership or supervisory experience advantageous
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to motivate and mentor team members
  • problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Train in service positions including cashier host and drive thru
  • support all aspects of work area including collaboration with managers and directors
  • continuously train coach and mentor team members
  • command the floor in manager’s absence
  • lead the team in maintaining cleanliness and order
  • keep team focused and hold them accountable
  • assess bottlenecks and operational issues and coordinate with senior leadership
  • engage front of house staff with competitions and personalize orders
  • establish communication and accountability lines to front of house team
  • create a positive team atmosphere among front and kitchen staff
  • maintain cash accountability by counting drawers and verifying safe
