Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hospitality or service industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and cash handling skills for cashier roles
- Food Handler Card and RBS Certification or willingness to obtain within specified time
- Valid driver license for delivery driver positions
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean and reset tables in the dining area
- Pre-bus tables by efficiently removing items guests are done with
- Monitor bus stations and take dirty dishes to the wash area
- Sweep and maintain cleanliness of dining floors and trash areas
- Respond promptly to accidents or spills following safety procedures
- Pick up guest orders from the food window and deliver to tables while confirming items with Expo
- Remove table numbers when orders are completed
- Coordinate with the bar to deliver drinks
- Identify guest needs and communicate with Expo, Shift Lead, and Servers
- Assist with restocking and other support tasks during slow periods
- Greet guests warmly upon entering and exiting the restaurant
- Take accurate food and drink orders and explain service style to new guests
- Present specials and offer suggestions to enhance guest experience
- Manage pick-up and delivery orders accurately and confirm delivery areas and contact info
- Process payments and handle cash transactions correctly
- Maintain restaurant operations smoothly through restocking and cleaning tasks during downtime
- Follow cleaning and handwashing standards
- Perform additional deep cleaning tasks as assigned
