Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine for bartenders
- minimum 1 year of bartending experience strongly preferred
- knowledge of menu items for servers
- minimum 1 year of serving experience strongly preferred but not required
- ability to use game and bay assignment systems for golf services
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
- ability to work on a team

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- manage reservations, seating, and waitlist to optimize table turnover
- coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery
- keep the bar and storage areas clean and stocked with outstanding energy and attention to detail
- maintain an appealing and guest-ready bar area with knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
- host guests in the hitting bays with menu knowledge and attention to detail
- assist guests in enjoying the fun and excitement of the game of Topgolf using the game and bay assignment systems
- keep bays and service areas cleared off and clean with outstanding attention to detail
- deliver cold, freshly poured drinks and hot, freshly prepared food to guests with energy and urgency
