Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older

Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine for bartending roles
- 1+ years of serving or bartending experience strongly preferred but not required
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for the location
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Manage reservations, seating, and waitlist to optimize table turnover
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery
- Keep bays and service areas clean and organized
- Deliver cold, freshly poured drinks and hot, freshly prepared food to guests with energy and urgency
- Use game and bay assignment systems to facilitate guest gaming experience
- Maintain an appealing and guest-ready bar area
