Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1-2 years of food and beverage industry experience preferred
  • Must be able to skillfully carry up to three entree plates over distances of up to 150 ft
  • Ability to work long hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be physically able to stand and walk for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of food and beverage industry experience preferred (busser, runner, or similar role)
  • High school diploma required
  • Must be able to skillfully carry up to three entree plates over distances of up to 150 ft
  • Ability to retain and recite menu details
  • Knowledge of table settings, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • Ability to work long hours, mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
  • Lead communication between servers and the culinary team, reading tickets for accuracy and order details
  • Monitor guest dining experiences
  • respond to requests and ensure satisfaction
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently
  • carry tableware to dish areas and reset according to service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and surrounding perimeters
  • Assist servers during peak service with large parties, food running, and refills
  • Provide guidance to guests, including dining options and attraction information
  • Perform side work, attend mandatory meetings, and follow health and safety standards
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management
