Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years of food and beverage industry experience preferred
- Must be able to skillfully carry up to three entree plates over distances of up to 150 ft
- Ability to work long hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be physically able to stand and walk for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs

- 1-2 years of food and beverage industry experience preferred (busser, runner, or similar role)

- Ability to retain and recite menu details
- Knowledge of table settings, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Ability to work long hours, mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
- Lead communication between servers and the culinary team, reading tickets for accuracy and order details
- Monitor guest dining experiences
- respond to requests and ensure satisfaction
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- carry tableware to dish areas and reset according to service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and surrounding perimeters
- Assist servers during peak service with large parties, food running, and refills
- Provide guidance to guests, including dining options and attraction information
- Perform side work, attend mandatory meetings, and follow health and safety standards
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
