Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience leading a food and beverage team
  • proven customer service skills
  • live within 25 miles of UGA campus preferred

Job Duties

  • Be a lead in your food service area while being a point of contact for guests and clients
  • ensure the setting of tables/buffets are accurate according to diagram and/or sample table
  • managing time effectively to ensure all BEO items are completed prior to service times
  • delegating tasks to team members based on their positions and talents
  • managing the team that is scheduled to run each event
  • responsible for setting buffet stations which may include decor, linens, and china
  • running food to suites and concessions as needed
