Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in front of house supervisory roles
  • proven bartending and serving experience
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent organizational skills
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food industry
  • familiarity with quick service and fast food environments as well as fine dining experiences is preferred
  • excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
  • ability to train staff effectively in soft skills (guest interaction)
  • knowledge of hospitality management principles, including shift management and team dynamics
  • ability to open and close the restaurant with all required checklists completed
  • experience with server, bar, and host/busser cash outs after each shift
  • skills in reconciling the safe when opening or closing the restaurant
  • ability to accurately fill out end of night spreadsheets for all tipped employees and upload tips to their pay card
  • bartending and serving skills with memorization of specialty cocktail recipes

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
  • train, mentor, and supervise staff in food service management, including cash handling and guest service protocols
  • utilize POS system for order processing and payment handling
  • coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
  • foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices
  • address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest experiences
