Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in front of house supervisory roles
- proven bartending and serving experience
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- excellent organizational skills
- proficiency with POS systems
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food industry
- familiarity with quick service and fast food environments as well as fine dining experiences is preferred
- excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- ability to train staff effectively in soft skills (guest interaction)
- knowledge of hospitality management principles, including shift management and team dynamics
- ability to open and close the restaurant with all required checklists completed
- experience with server, bar, and host/busser cash outs after each shift
- skills in reconciling the safe when opening or closing the restaurant
- ability to accurately fill out end of night spreadsheets for all tipped employees and upload tips to their pay card
- bartending and serving skills with memorization of specialty cocktail recipes
Job Duties
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- train, mentor, and supervise staff in food service management, including cash handling and guest service protocols
- utilize POS system for order processing and payment handling
- coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices
- address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest experiences
