Job Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory or lead server experience preferably in hotel fine dining or upscale casual environment
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- experience with POS systems and floor operations
- current food handler's permit
- current alcohol service permit if required
- flexible schedule with availability for evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Coordinate daily front-of-house operations
- supervise servers
- ensure a seamless guest experience
- assist in scheduling staff
- train and mentor staff
- maintain service standards
- address guest concerns promptly
- execute service during high-volume periods
- oversee private dining and banquets
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and service regulations
