Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three years of experience in food service or supervisory role
- ability to obtain Certified Food Protection Manager Certificate within 90 days
- able to work day and evening shifts
- effective leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices

- three to five years of preferred experience
- working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications
Job Duties
- Lead and direct team members
- serve meals and ensure the dining area is clean and inviting
- promote and encourage positive resident relations and satisfaction
- provide support and direction to dietary assistants
- act as lead for dining staff
- support the director to ensure quality culinary outcomes
