  • Proven record of stability and upward mobility
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legal authorization to work

Job Duties

  • Monitoring all FOH restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of food and customer service
  • Reviewing documents to assess the quality of restaurant operations
  • Communicating with team members, guests, vendors and concept personnel for various needs
  • Motivating team members to achieve performance goals
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assisting in training and development of front of house staff
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
