Job Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with major coursework in accounting or related field
  • minimum of 3 years management or supervisory experience
  • clerical experience including box office operations
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to set up tables, tents, and hang banners
  • ability to work weekends and extended hours
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency with MS Office, BOX, Slack, Salesforce, and Canva
  • ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • must be physically able to perform manual tasks
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with major coursework in accounting or related field
  • minimum of 3 years management or supervisory experience
  • event management experience
  • experience with contracts and negotiating
  • familiarity with marketing and marketing practices
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in computer skills including MS Office, BOX, Slack, Salesforce, and Canva
  • ability to handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • detail-oriented
  • adaptable to changing environments
  • passion for live music and performing arts
  • ability to work flexible schedules
  • bilingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee box office operations and personnel
  • schedule ushers and front of house staff
  • coordinate in-house and external concessions
  • manage hospitality and event coordination
  • supervise volunteers
  • maintain financial and statistical records
  • ensure excellent customer service and resolve patron issues
