Job Requirements

- ability to communicate effectively in English
- flexible schedule availability
- willingness to work part-time and in-person
- no prior experience required
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to work well with a team
Job Qualifications

- fluency in English

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- answer questions about the menu
- assist customers with reservations, takeout, and delivery orders
- communicate in English, fluency in other Chinese languages is a plus
- answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- manage reservations and seating arrangements, including waitlist management during peak times
