Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Warmly greet all guests and guide them through the dining experience with enthusiasm and expertise
- accurately take food and beverage orders, offering personalized suggestions and answering questions about the menu, ingredients, and preparation
- deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly, ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met
- monitor dining areas to proactively anticipate guest needs, promptly addressing any concerns or requests
- process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned stations, including table maintenance and resetting
- adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service guidelines
- collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow
