Job Duties

- accurately take food and beverage orders offering personalized suggestions and answering menu questions
- deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly ensuring high quality and presentation standards
- monitor dining areas proactively anticipating guest needs and addressing concerns
- process payments accurately handling cash and electronic transactions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations including table maintenance and resetting
- adhere to all safety and sanitation standards including responsible alcohol service guidelines
- collaborate effectively with kitchen staff bartenders and other front-of-house team members for smooth service flow
