Job Duties
- Warmly greet all guests and guide them through the dining experience with enthusiasm and expertise
- Accurately take food and beverage orders offering personalized suggestions and answering questions about the menu ingredients and preparation
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met
- Monitor dining areas to proactively anticipate guest needs promptly addressing any concerns or requests
- Process payments accurately and efficiently handling cash and electronic transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned stations including table maintenance and resetting
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards including responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff bartenders and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow
