Job Requirements
- Minimum of five plus years of responsible management experience in security or law enforcement with demonstrated responsibility for security, safety, investigations and asset and infrastructure protection
- Police and/or law enforcement background preferred
- CPR certification and other emergency/life-saving techniques
- Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States
- Solid knowledge of the problems, issues, philosophies, principles, tactics, and procedures related to the management of security and safety services
- Demonstrate knowledge of principles and techniques of planning, implementing and supervising a facility security force
- Work independently, exercising judgment and initiative
- Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons and others encountered in the course of employment
- Required to speak and understand basic English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Operate a personal computer using Windows, Office and other standard office equipment

Job Duties
- Oversees all security and safety to ensure the highest possible level of security, safety and comfort to all patrons
- Identify, control, and rectify all safety and liability exposures
- Recommend and implement changes or improvements as needed
- Direct investigations related to security incidents
- Serve as liaison and work closely with staff in all matters involving show security, traffic and safety
- Address customer service and security issues during events including ticket issues, seat relocations, guest service matters
- Monitor security issues during events and adjust staffing positions and duties to address problems
- Liaise with tour security lead to understand the needs of the event and allocate security staff accordingly
- Help to execute security plan for each event to ensure vital areas are covered and staff is properly briefed
- Assist in managing NOW Arena’s third-party security staff to optimize performance
- Work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned to support company and facility goals
