Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 10 hours

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience with strong preference for fine dining or upscale hospitality
  • Advanced knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with Hilton brand standards and systems preferred
  • Proficiency in POS and scheduling software required

Job Duties

  • Lead by example in providing refined, genuine hospitality and maintaining fine dining service standards
  • Monitor dining room ambiance, pacing, and guest satisfaction throughout service
  • Act as the point of contact for guest concerns, VIP service, and special requests
  • Oversee private dining and banquet experiences, ensuring coordination with culinary and bar teams
  • Support and drive wine and beverage service standards, including tableside presentation and upselling
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate menu updates, service priorities, and brand expectations
