  • Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong service instincts, floor awareness, and guest-relations judgment
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable holding a team accountable
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Evening and weekend availability required

Job Duties

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations and oversee service execution
  • Coach servers and FOH staff to maintain strong hospitality standards
  • Manage floor flow, staffing coverage, cleanliness, and shift readiness
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and help turn around issues in real time
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
  • Hold the FOH team accountable to service, appearance, and professionalism standards
  • Communicate closely with kitchen leadership to keep service running smoothly
  • Support training, shift development, and day-to-day team performance
