Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for operational needs
  • willingness to undergo a background check
  • work authorization - United States

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • knowledge of budgeting and cost control
  • valid driver’s license
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • train and coach staff on service standards to ensure every guest leaves satisfied
  • delegate responsibilities to shift leaders and team members to achieve service goals
  • monitor product and labor costs to stay within budgetary constraints and meet financial objectives
  • ensure the restaurant is properly staffed through effective hiring and scheduling
  • maintain standard operating procedures to uphold food quality, safety, security, and overall maintenance
