- must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for operational needs
- willingness to undergo a background check
- work authorization - United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- knowledge of budgeting and cost control
- valid driver’s license
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Duties
- train and coach staff on service standards to ensure every guest leaves satisfied
- delegate responsibilities to shift leaders and team members to achieve service goals
- monitor product and labor costs to stay within budgetary constraints and meet financial objectives
- ensure the restaurant is properly staffed through effective hiring and scheduling
- maintain standard operating procedures to uphold food quality, safety, security, and overall maintenance
