Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable standing and walking for most of the shift
- Must have a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts
- Must be able to maintain endurance for high-volume, physically active work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience serving food and beverages in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment settings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude with a focus on creating excellent guest experiences
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle popular, busy environments
- Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect guests with Topgolf offerings and set the stage for an unforgettable experience
- Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to each player’s visit
- Take food and drink orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- Work collaboratively with fellow Playmakers to deliver exceptional service
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe environment
