Job Duties
- Lead and manage front of house staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Implement Pluckers’ culture and service standards among the team
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant functionality
- Conduct training and development in accordance with Pluckers University curriculum
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve high performance
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties for front of house
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
