Job Duties

  • Lead front of house team to provide excellent guest service
  • Ensure all guest standards and restaurant policies are consistently met
  • Train and develop front of house staff through ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints and address issues promptly
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness and organization in the front of house areas
  • Collaborate with other management team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
