Job Duties

Lead front of house team to provide excellent guest service
Ensure all guest standards and restaurant policies are consistently met
Train and develop front of house staff through ongoing coaching and feedback
Manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
Resolve customer complaints and address issues promptly
Maintain high standards for cleanliness and organization in the front of house areas
Collaborate with other management team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
