Job Duties

Lead and manage front of house teams to deliver excellent guest service
Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
Implement Pluckers’ culture and service expectations through coaching and development
Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback proactively
Maintain professional appearance and enforce company standards
Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
