  • Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback proactively
  • Maintain professional appearance and enforce company standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
