Job Duties
- Manage front of house operations to ensure high standards of guest service
- Lead, train, and develop front of house staff in accordance with Pluckers University training
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for guests
- Monitor and meet operational goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate with other management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Inspire and motivate team members through effective leadership and coaching
- Uphold company policies, standards, and safety procedures
