Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- previous management experience in a high volume full service restaurant
- strong food and beverage knowledge
- experience with P&L reporting and inventory procedures
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Lead front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- collaborate with Assistant and General Managers to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- train and develop FOH staff in service standards
- manage inventory and assist with P&L reporting
- resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the dining area
- oversee seating arrangements and optimize table turnover
