Job Qualifications

  • previous management experience in a high volume full service restaurant
  • strong food and beverage knowledge
  • experience with P&L reporting and inventory procedures
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • collaborate with Assistant and General Managers to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • train and develop FOH staff in service standards
  • manage inventory and assist with P&L reporting
  • resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the dining area
  • oversee seating arrangements and optimize table turnover
